Privacy Policy
HIT 5 Day Cycle has no account, no sign-in, and no server. It makes no network connections of any kind. Every training log and weigh-in you record stays in the app's private storage on your own device.
There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party code in this app. We cannot see your data, because it is never sent to us.
HIT 5 Day Cycle is published by CYBUILD CCMS PTY LTD, a company registered in Australia. In this policy, “we” and “our” mean that company, and “the app” means HIT 5 Day Cycle for iOS.
The app saves the following locally so it can show you your history:
That is the complete list. The app does not ask for your name, email address, date of birth, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal detail.
Nothing. The app contains no networking code, so there is no mechanism by which your data could reach us or anyone else. We receive no personal information, no health information, and no usage statistics from your use of the app.
Apple provides us with anonymous, aggregated sales and crash reports for the App Store listing itself. Those come from Apple, contain no information that identifies you, and are governed by Apple's own privacy policy rather than this one.
The app can optionally read your body weight from Apple Health, so that a connected scale fills in your daily weigh-in without typing, and can write weigh-ins you enter back to Health so your other apps stay in step.
This only happens after you explicitly grant permission in the iOS Health permission prompt, and you can withdraw it at any time in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices. The app is fully usable if you decline — Health is a convenience, never a requirement.
Health data read by the app stays on your device and is used solely to display your weight trend inside the app. We do not transmit it, store it on any server, sell it, or share it with anyone. It is never used for advertising, marketing, or data mining, and it is never disclosed to third parties for those purposes.
Worth knowing, because it is the one way your entries can exist outside your phone: if you have iCloud Backup or encrypted local backups switched on, iOS may include this app's data in those backups, in the same way it does for other apps.
Those backups are created and controlled by Apple and by you — not by us. We have no access to them. They are governed by Apple's privacy policy and your iCloud settings, which you can change in Settings → [your name] → iCloud.
The app contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, and no social or attribution libraries. It does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), does not track you across apps or websites, and will never present the App Tracking Transparency prompt, because there is nothing for it to ask about.
Deleting the app from your device deletes everything it has stored, permanently and immediately. There is no server copy to request the deletion of, and no account to close.
If you previously allowed the app to write to Apple Health, entries already written there belong to Health rather than to the app, and remain until you remove them in the Health app.
The app is a general-audience fitness tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age — and since the app collects nothing at all, no child's information can reach us through it.
Australian Privacy Principles, the GDPR, and comparable laws give you rights to access, correct, export, and erase personal information a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to retrieve or delete on your behalf.
In practice you already hold all of it: your data is on your device, visible in the app, and removable by deleting the app. If you believe we hold information about you regardless, contact us using the details below and we will respond.

If the app ever gains a feature that sends data anywhere — synchronising between devices, for example — we will update this policy and raise the version and effective date above before that feature ships. Material changes will be described in the App Store release notes for the version that introduces them.
